IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT W2 position available immediately for Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team here in  Austin, TX. This is an ONSITE position. Local candidates will be preferred. Please find below additional details about this job. 

 

Job Description

- Manage sourcing team and take the ownership for their deliverables.
- Responsible to run various sourcing campaigns with the help of the sourcing team.
- Understand the current and emerging sourcing trends and fine tune Companies sourcing strategies to meet the new challenges and requirements.
- Proactively create a top class resources pipeline to meet both the current and future requirements of our Clients.
- Identify and participate in local career fairs and professional association meetings to recruit and help us build a branding for our services.
- Present job opportunities to shortlisted candidates in a very convincing manner and do the basic skills testing interview to qualify the candidates and match them to job orders.
- Document all the activities diligently in our Applicant tracking System.
- Negotiate terms of employment/contract with candidates and take leadership on the on boarding process.
- Maintain periodical contacts with the placed candidates and resolve any issues or concerns they may have from time to time.
- Should be able to quantitatively define individual and team deliverables on a daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Expert in Social Media Development-LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter 

Qualifications

- Self-starter, focused, attention to details, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and committed to exceed the expectations set.
- Basic understanding of the various skills in the Information Technology.
- Good in multi-tasking.
- Possess strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Very strong written and oral communication skills.
- Expert in using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
-Experience 1-2 years preferred
