About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a non-technical Product Owner to drive business product strategy, initiative execution and low-code/no-code AI solution deployment for the Floorplan product within the Supply Chain Finance business in Commercial Banking.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead strategic initiatives from discovery through implementation, driving stakeholder alignment, execution, business readiness and adoption to deliver measurable client, operational, risk and business outcomes.
  • Partner with cross functional leaders and stakeholders as well as technical Product Owners and Technology teams, where applicable, to solve business pain points, design solutions aligned to efficiency, regulatory and/or growth, and translate needs into clear workstreams and milestones to achieve desired outcome.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Create visibility into dependencies, risks, decisions, and delivery health; drive stakeholder alignment, remove barriers, and maintain execution momentum across complex initiatives.
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and good judgment across all levels of the organization, effectively influencing stakeholders and leading complex discussions to achieve alignment and drive results.
  • Leverage AI capabilities to solve pain points, improve ways of working and create important efficiencies for the entire product. Validate results and shares learnings with others.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Floorplan Lending, Supply Chain Finance or related Commercial Lending products.
  • Experience leading regulatory, risk, operational, control, and business transformation initiatives within a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated success driving client experience improvements, process transformation, and business modernization efforts.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, influence, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and low-code/no-code solutions to improve productivity, business processes, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Expectations:
  • Travel: 10% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
