Overview:

The Enablement Manager strengthens the operational foundation of the BDR sales organization by owning the tools stack, driving AI initiatives, and ensuring reps have the training, process documentation, and resources needed to prospect and execute at a high level.

This role helps the BDR team perform with greater consistency and efficiency by ensuring the technology stack is adopted, optimized, and continuously improved. The Enablement Manager partners closely with BDR leadership, sales operations, marketing, and vendor partners to reduce friction in the rep workflow and improve the quality of outbound execution.

Strong organizational skills, a systems-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, from tool implementations to persona projects, are essential for success in this role.

What you will do:

  • Own and manage the full BDR tools stack, including administration, access governance, and day-to-day issue resolution across the team.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of AI-powered capabilities within the tools stack, identifying use cases that directly improve rep productivity and pipeline quality.
  • Design and deliver training programs for tools, workflows, and processes, covering new BDR onboarding and ongoing education for the existing team.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and quick-reference guides that are accurate, accessible, and built for rep consumption.
  • Manage vendor relationships and serve as the primary liaison for renewals, escalations, and new feature rollouts across all tool partners.
  • Lead persona development projects that sharpen BDR targeting and messaging, translating research and data into actionable rep guidance.
  • Partner with sales leadership and operations on tool evaluations, implementations, and cross-functional projects that impact the BDR org.
  • Track tool adoption and usage metrics, proactively identifying gaps and driving corrective action to maximize ROI on the stack.
  • Support BDR leadership with operational initiatives, workflow improvements, and any special projects as the organization scales.

What we are looking for:

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree, or equivalent level of education or professional experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, rep-ready guidance.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data, usage metrics, and operational reporting to drive decisions.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adopt, and train others on new tools, technologies, and workflows.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, operations, and vendor partners.

AI Skills/Knowledge:

  • Identifies and automates repetitive workflows using AI tools;
  • Uses AI to synthesize cross-functional data and generate executive-ready reporting
  • Eexperience with AI-driven process mapping or bottleneck analysis
  • Comfort building or managing AI-assisted workflows without deep technical background

Preferred Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a revenue-facing support role within a BDR or SDR organization.
  • Hands-on experience managing or administering a modern sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to sales workflows and rep productivity.
  • Experience building or maintaining process documentation, training materials, or sales playbooks.
  • Exposure to vendor management, contract renewals, or cross-functional tool implementation projects.
  • Background in or strong understanding of BDR/SDR prospecting motions, persona development, or outbound campaign strategy.
