  • Build practical, scalable people solutions that address root causes and support business outcomes
  • Translate strategy into execution by operationalizing plans, driving implementation, and tracking measurable results
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, and team effectiveness
  • Use data, business context, and sound judgment to influence decisions and shape actions
  • Coach leaders through complex people matters with a balanced, thoughtful, and business-minded approach
  • Lead and support change initiatives across the client group, ensuring strong communication, adoption, and follow-through
  • Provide broad employee relations support, including performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation
  • Navigate ambiguity effectively in a private company environment, making progress even when conditions are evolving or not fully defined
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the business and establish credibility as a proactive, solutions-oriented partner
  • Reinforce high standards for accountability, performance, and leadership effectiveness while maintaining an employee-centered mindset

What Success Looks Like

  • GTM teams have stronger clarity, alignment, and organizational effectiveness as a result of your partnership
  • You help leaders make decisions that reflect business need, scope, impact, and readiness while supporting a culture of excellence and growth.

Required Qualifications

  • PHR or SPHR certification required, or equivalent HR certification/credential
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic HRBP capacity
  • Proven ability to diagnose organizational concerns, build strategic solutions, operationalize them, implement them, and measure outcomes
  • Strong organizational design and workforce planning capability
  • Broad employee relations experience, including complex and sensitive matters
  • Strong business partnership skills with a proven track record of building excellent working relationships with client groups
  • Ability to balance empathy and pragmatism in decision-making and partnership
  • Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting North America GTM organizations
  • Experience in a private company environment
  • Background in high-growth, evolving, or transformation-oriented organizations
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect people insights to business decisions
