At Scopely, we care deeply about inspiring play, every day – whether in our work environments alongside talented colleagues or through our deep connections with player communities. We are a global team of game lovers who develop, publish, and innovate the gaming industry, connecting millions of people worldwide daily.

As a Lead Product Manager – Growth you will own and scale top-of-funnel growth for Scopely’s Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ecosystem, accelerating player adoption across our portfolio. You’ll turn data and player insights into bold, high-impact initiatives, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive execution end-to-end. Through rapid iteration and hands-on partnership with game teams, you’ll transform proven experiments into scalable systems that fuel sustained growth — not one-off wins. Ultimately, you’ll help evolve D2C from a margin lever into a core growth engine for Scopely.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collect insights across a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative streams and distil them into actionable, data-backed initiative proposals to drive.
  • Bring key stakeholders on game teams & central marketing/growth functions into alignment on D2C growth initiatives and get them launched, driving measurable outcomes.
  • Iterate your initiatives to success and eventually scale them across the portfolio, creating repeatable systems that impact Scopely’s business rather than one-off wins.
  • Deeply understand and report on D2C top-of-funnel metrics & attribution across the portfolio
  • Become the company’s expert on top-of-funnel tactics in D2C, constantly evaluate new tactics, develop best practices on how to apply them in different games/genres, & share those best practices with game teams
  • Partner with game marketing & growth teams to execute initiatives that grow Scopely’s D2C business
  • Provide the hands-on execution support to necessary to bring marketing & growth initiatives across the portfolio to launch
  • Design, execute, & analyze D2C adoption-focused A/B tests in partnership with game teams
  • Create & improve attribution dashboards and analyse them to optimise growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years in product management, growth, or product marketing in F2P live service games
  • Experience working on direct-to-consumer growth initiatives on a large-scale consumer product
  • Experience leading through influence without direct control of game roadmaps by building effective working relationships with a large variety of stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the F2P live service ecosystem & D2C’s role within it
  • Experience collaborating with growth and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical rigour - being able to build a data-driven business case & present it convincingly to key stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience using LiveOps, marketing, or CRM tools to set up and execute growth experiments, campaigns, or similar (e.g. Braze for CRM, Pragma for LiveOps, Amplitude for marketing A/B tests)
Bonus Points
  • Direct experience working on D2C initiatives at a leading gaming publisher (direct payments, web portals, etc.)
  • Comfortable being hands-on with data - running queries, building dashboards, and driving instrumentation requirements for data engineers

At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!   We are committed to creating a diverse, supportive work environment where everyone is treated with respect. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us & embrace the adventure!

This role will have access to sensitive and/or confidential employee or customer personally identifiable information (PII) and/or Company financial information, and therefore will be subject to background checks upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
