About the Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead product strategy across major initiatives and help build a high-performing product organization.

What You'll Do
  • Define product strategy across multiple product areas.

  • Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through scale.

  • Partner with executive leadership on company priorities.

  • Build and communicate multi-year product vision.

  • Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market.

  • Mentor and develop product managers.

  • Establish product processes, metrics, and standards.

  • Drive major launches and strategic initiatives.

  • Identify new market and product opportunities.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of product management experience.

  • Proven leadership across multiple product initiatives.

  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking.

  • Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication.

  • Strong technical fluency.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and improve product organizations.

Nice to Have
  • AI/ML products.

  • Developer or infrastructure products.

  • Scale-up experience.

  • Experience managing or mentoring PM teams.
