About Sensi

Sensi is redefining how care organizations support aging at home through its Care Intelligence platform, transforming everyday signals into meaningful clinical and operational outcomes.

Today, Sensi's platform is deployed across all 50 states with leading home care providers, supporting tens of thousands of seniors as they age safely and independently at home. By turning real-world activity into actionable insights, we enable care teams to detect changes in condition earlier, intervene proactively, and deliver higher-quality care at scale.

As we continue to grow across home care, enterprise partners, and payer organizations, we're entering an exciting new phase of the company. Scaling successfully requires not only innovative technology, but also exceptional operational execution. That's where this role comes in.

As our product portfolio expands, we're looking for a Lead Product Manager, Growth to help customers discover, adopt, and unlock more value across the Sensi platform.

You will own Sensi's cross-product growth strategy — from initial onboarding and activation through product adoption, expansion, and retention. You will also lead new product-led growth (PLG) initiatives, including self-service entry points, pricing and packaging, upgrade journeys, and the connection between product-led and human-assisted growth.

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role for an experienced growth product leader who combines strong product judgment, customer empathy, commercial thinking, and rigorous use of data. You will bring proven B2B SaaS and PLG practices into Sensi while adapting them to our customers, market, and business model.

What You'll Own

  • Define Sensi's cross-product growth strategy and roadmap to increase product adoption, expansion, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Improve the end-to-end customer journey — from onboarding and activation through cross-sell and expansion — so customers reach value faster and adopt more of the Sensi platform
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities using customer insights, product data, market trends, and proven B2B SaaS and PLG practices
  • Lead Sensi's self-service and PLG initiatives, including entry offerings, upgrade journeys, pricing and packaging, and sales-assisted handoffs, with clear acquisition and conversion goals
  • Launch, measure, and optimize growth initiatives based on measurable business outcomes, balancing near-term improvements with investments that create long-term, scalable growth
  • Partner across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to create a consistent customer experience and align the organization around shared growth priorities and metrics

Your Impact

In your first 90 days, you'll:

  • Understand current user journeys and identify the top 3 conversion bottlenecks across our platform
  • Launch your first growth experiment — an onboarding or upsell flow improvement with measurable lift
  • Create a repeatable growth playbook that the team can scale and iterate on

Within a year, you'll have driven measurable improvements in activation, adoption, conversion, and expansion that directly impact revenue and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of growth or PLG in a growth-stage B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience driving measurable improvements in activation, adoption, conversion, expansion, retention, or revenue across a multi-product platform
  • Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS growth and PLG best practices, including self-service journeys, sales-assisted motions, pricing, packaging, and monetization
  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking — you connect customer needs, market dynamics, product opportunities, and business goals
  • Strong analytical capabilities — you can investigate funnels, segment users, define success metrics, and evaluate the impact of growth initiatives
  • Strong product and UX judgment — you build and prioritize roadmaps that create coherent customer journeys across multiple products
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership — you influence Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success in an ambiguous and evolving environment

Strong Advantages

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, product analytics, experimentation, and lifecycle engagement tools
  • Background in strategy consulting, product strategy, or another highly analytical environment
  • Experience in senior care, healthcare technology, vertical SaaS, or another operationally complex B2B industry

You're the right fit if you:

  • Have personally led initiatives that materially improved activation, adoption, conversion, expansion, or retention — and can clearly explain the baseline, your contribution, decisions made, and measurable outcome
  • Understand B2B SaaS growth models and can determine which approaches are right for Sensi's stage, customers, and market
  • Can independently analyze funnels, segment customers, identify opportunities, define meaningful metrics, form hypotheses, and evaluate whether an initiative created real impact
  • Think holistically across onboarding, activation, adoption, and expansion — simplifying complex experiences, improving time to value, and creating a coherent journey across multiple products
  • Can turn broad growth opportunities into a focused roadmap, prioritize effectively, and lead initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration in a fast-changing environment
  • Can align and influence cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority — communicating clearly, handling disagreement well, and creating shared accountability
