Key Responsibilities:

Digital Learning Content Design & Development

  • Design and develop digital learning content using tools such as Synthesia, Articulate Rise 360, and other e-learning platforms.
  • Create onboarding modules, role-based curricula, microlearning assets, and refresher training.
  • Apply adult learning principles to ensure content is clear, engaging, and actionable for a diverse workforce.

Instructional Design & Learning Experience

  • Translate clinical, quality, and operational standards into learner-friendly content and step-by-step guidance.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather inputs and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain consistent structure, tone, and visual standards across all learning materials.

Content Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

  • Update and maintain learning content to reflect changes in policies, workflows, clinical standards, or regulatory requirements.
  • Support version control, documentation, and organization within learning systems.
  • Incorporate learner feedback and performance data to improve clarity, usability, and effectiveness.

Multimedia & Visual Learning

  • Produce video-based learning assets using Synthesia and similar tools.
  • Incorporate visuals, scenarios, and examples to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Support basic graphic design and layout needs to elevate learning quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Sales, People and other Corporate teams to support training initiatives and new program launches.
  • Support pilots, rollouts, and updates by ensuring content is completed accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of TheKey’s learning standards and content library.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Associate’s degree required; degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or digital content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise, Synthesia, or similar digital learning tools preferred.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for clarity and design.
  • Experience translating complex information into simple, practical learning content.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or other regulated environments preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel approximately up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work day
  • Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
