Fetch is looking for a Learning Coordinator to join our team and be a crucial contributor to revamping our onboarding process and building out an ongoing learning curriculum for all Operations Employees. In this role, you will be joining a lean, fast-moving team at a pivotal moment, you will help architect the revitalization of our entire onboarding process, designing comprehensive learning modules from the ground up as well as supporting our Operations teams by developing ongoing training and knowledge checks. This will include collaborating closely with operations leadership as well as your fellow Learning and Development Peers and thinking strategically about the best ways to design learning modules. Your work will directly shape a best-in-class educational infrastructure, allowing your ambition and grit to leave a tangible impact on every employee's success.
What You'll Do:
-Creating learning modules using our Learning Management Software, Articulate.
-Develop and maintain reporting around learning completion and knowledge comprehension.
--Contribute to ongoing process improvement reviews and developing Standard Operating Procedures.
Develop ongoing learning processes and administer ongoing knowledge checks to our operations teams.
-Assist in the creation of a mentorship program.
--Assist in creating and then serve as the primary admin for our operational knowledge base.
Manage multi-training initiatives at once in a fast paced environment.
What You'll Need:
Strong Organization Skills — the ability to manage multiple projects and task simultaneously while maintaining a high level of execution
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving — proven ability to assess challenges, analyze root causes, and design learning materials aimed at solving them
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets — strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Process Based Approach — ability to develop and implements solutions and trainings that maximize learning and knowledge comprehension
Effective Communication — skilled in presenting and communicating insights to leadership audiences as well as communicating with multiple department leaders
Technological Agility — quick to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
