- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution
- Graduated in 2025 or 2026
- Maximum 1 year of work experience after completion of advocacy training
- Fluent in written and spoken English
As part of this program you will work with legal counsel colleagues and will
- Assist with or under guidance draw up and/or comment on multitude contracts, as required by internal clients in connection with their respective business
- Assist legal counsel to draft and review agreements and other legal documents such as power of attorneys, notifications, letters to be sent to authorities
- Assist with any legal related/ administration activities, including research and seeking legal opinions
- Assist with document handling and supervision (board resolutions, power of attorneys, contracts,)
- Assist with coordinating external law firms, organizing the data gathered from relevant departments related to litigation cases, preparation of litigation reports.
- Assist with and under guidance handle entity governance and issues related to entities.

- Understanding of Law, Contract Law, Corporate Governance, legal systems and international contractual principles and fundamentals of dispute resolution before the courts.
