Lender Relationships Manager

Location: Remote-Friendly · Full-Time

Endeavor's lender network is the engine behind everything we do. We connect patients to prime, near-prime, and sub-prime lenders in a single application — and the performance of those programs determines how many patients walk out of the chair with a treatment plan they can actually afford.

As our Lender Relationships Manager, you are the person who keeps that engine running and makes it faster. You will work closely with Jeremiah Cole (Head of Lending) and the founders to own the lender side of the business from the inside out.

What you will do
  • Manage Endeavor's lender program portfolio day-to-day — tracking approval rates, MDR performance, waterfall positioning, and coverage against agreed program terms

  • Monitor lender program performance and flag issues, trends, and opportunities in regular reviews with leadership

  • Lead lender onboarding from term sheet to live integration — coordinating with product and engineering on technical requirements, credentialing, and go-live

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Endeavor customers on lender capabilities, available financing products, and program pricing — translating complexity into clear answers at the practice level

  • Manage underwriting communication between Endeavor and its lender partners — including credit policy updates, documentation requirements, and approval rate feedback loops

  • Build and maintain program documentation, rate sheets, and internal resources so the CS and sales teams are always current on what each lender offers

  • Identify opportunities to expand, renegotiate, or improve lender programs as Endeavor's volume grows

What we are looking for
  • 3–6 years in lender relations, partnerships, or program management in consumer lending, fintech, or healthcare finance

  • Understanding of how consumer lending programs work — approval rates, underwriting criteria, MDRs, promotional terms, and waterfall logic

  • Comfortable being customer-facing — you can explain lender programs clearly to a dental office manager or a DSO CFO

  • Detail-oriented and organized — you track what you own, follow through on commitments, and keep documentation current

  • Collaborative and responsive — lender relationships require trust, and you build it through consistency

  • Experience managing lender or partner onboarding is a strong plus

  • Background in point-of-sale lending, dental finance, or medical financing preferred

Why Endeavor

You will report directly to the founder and Head of Lending and have a front-row seat to how a fintech lending operation is built. The relationships you manage are not transactional — they directly shape the products Endeavor can offer patients and the economics of the business. Your work shows up in the numbers quickly.
