The Role:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented License Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about ensuring software license compliance, we want to hear from you. Join us in shaping the future of our organization as we navigate the exciting world of licensing compliance. This position will be based in North America, however your main duties as a License Audit Manager will be to work with current customers globally to audit their license usages.


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned customers to audit their Apryse product usages
  • Validate customer entitlements against contract terms and usage thresholds
  • Become subject matter expert in Apryse software commercial license models, current and past
  • Communicate with customers’ top level technical and legal executives on request and complete the audit process defined in the workflow
  • Understand the customers’ technical landscape and identify any applications that utilizes Apryse products
  • Explain the license compliance situation to the customer/user 
  • Build rapport with a user to transform a software compliance concern into a long term partnership
  • Understand Apryse as product and exercise the market for potential growth
  • Document your work accurately in CRM system (Salesforce) and License Management Solution (LMS)
  • Liaise between Apryse Sales, Customer Success and Legal teams
  • Actively participate in team meetings and trainings
  • Participate in software compliance related events & conferences

 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ year working experience in relevant role
  • Speaks fluent English. Spanish is a plus
  • Able to understand the technical details of the Apryse products
  • Able to challenge and convince the technical and/or legal people in every level at the user side
  • To solve complex problems to a long-term solution
  • Have strong understanding of technology and how pieces of technology interact
  • Able to understand a wide breadth of knowledge (communication, legal, and technical)
  • Able to work independently, as well as within a team

 

Assets:

  • Technical aptitude (has baseline technical knowledge and the attitude and desire to continuously learn in a technical environment)
  • Excel/Google Sheets experience 
  • Software Experience
