About Collabrix Inc.

Collabrix Inc. is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in the US, supporting life sciences enterprises around the world. Our platform enables seamless collaboration between life sciences companies and their global manufacturing partners.

We’re a virtual-first company with a fully remote team in India. We combine technical agility, deep domain understanding, and a strong bias for action to solve meaningful, complex problems in the life sciences supply chain.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Life Sciences Analyst with a strong academic background in the life sciences to help ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of our SaaS platform—a product that sits at the intersection of life sciences and the global supply chain. In this quality-focused role, you’ll test workflows, validate data, and identify issues before they reach our customers, using your domain knowledge to judge whether the product behaves the way real life-sciences and supply-chain processes require.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to apply their scientific background at the intersection of life sciences and technology, while contributing directly to enterprise-scale digital transformation. You’ll learn modern QA practices, work closely with engineers and product managers, and build a strong foundation for a career in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review product requirements and translate them into clear, well-structured test cases.

  • Perform manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across web-based workflows.

  • Execute functional and regression testing to confirm releases meet our quality standards.

  • Validate data accuracy and integrity across workflows relevant to life sciences and supply chain.

  • Apply your life-sciences knowledge to confirm the product reflects how real-world processes actually work.

  • Identify, document, and report defects clearly, with reliable steps to reproduce.

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues and high-quality releases.

  • Help build and maintain test documentation, checklists, and knowledge repositories.

  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve our testing and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Biological Sciences (Biotech, Microbiology, Agriculture, Food Tech, Bioinformatics, or related fields).

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of professional experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Ability to quickly learn and work with software platforms and digital tools.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Curiosity about technology and eagerness to bridge life-sciences knowledge with SaaS solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to software testing concepts or QA fundamentals through coursework, internships, or certifications.

  • Comfort with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, or basic exposure to SQL, for organizing and validating data.

  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GxP), supply chain, or enterprise software.

What We Look For

  • A detail-oriented, curious mindset with a passion for quality.

  • A fast learner motivated to build a career at the intersection of life sciences and technology.

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and a sense of ownership.

  • Alignment with our values of integrity, learning, and excellence.

Work Schedule

We follow a six-day work model on alternate weeks to serve our global customers with agility and excellence. Employees are expected to work on the 1st, and 3rd Saturdays of each month. This model helps us accelerate delivery timelines and maintain the high standards of quality our customers expect.

Benefits

Why Join Collabrix?

  • Apply your scientific training to real-world digital transformation in life sciences.

  • Gain exposure to enterprise SaaS systems and global supply chain processes.

  • Be part of a transparent, collaborative, and remote-first work culture.

  • Build your career at the intersection of life sciences and technology.
