William Murray Golf is a golf and lifestyle brand built around bringing more personality, fun, and originality to the game. Inspired by Bill Murray's approach to life and golf, we create apparel and experiences for people who enjoy the game without taking themselves - or it - too seriously. We are a highly collaborative team, which means everyone has meaningful ownership and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the business. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our customer retention programs across email, SMS, loyalty, affiliate marketing, reviews, and subscriber growth. You will work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience to turn our broader retention strategy into consistent, well-executed customer touch points. This role is ideal for someone who has developed a strong foundation in lifecycle, email, SMS, or ecommerce marketing and is ready to take on greater ownership of a brand's retention ecosystem.

How We Think About This Role

We aren't looking for someone to simply schedule emails from a calendar.

We want someone who can develop real ownership of the retention engine: understanding what we're sending, who we're sending it to, how it's performing, where customers are dropping off, and what we can do better.

The Head of Ecommerce will continue to own the broader retention strategy, budget, and commercial direction. This role will be responsible for turning that strategy into strong day-to-day execution while growing into an increasingly strategic contributor over time.

For the right person, there is significant opportunity to expand ownership as William Murray Golf continues to grow.

You will join like-minded teammates that transcend who approach their craft not as a job but rather as something they love to do. We embrace our hybrid work environment knowing when employees are physically together creativity is heightened. We believe that it is intrinsic rewards that motivate employees sustainably, but respect the need for extrinsic rewards which would include:

  • Market Competitive Pay
  • Hybrid Work Environment
  • Employee Health/Dental/Vision Insurance including options such as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Generous Parental Leave
  • Open PTO (unlimited paid time off with manager approval)

  • Referral Bonus Program
  • Discount on William Murray Golf products
