Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager - Logistics to join our dynamic team. As a leading asset-based carrier across North America, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional logistics solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication to meet both daily operational needs and long-term business goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction, support sales efforts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers to understand their logistics requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and implementation, to deliver comprehensive and effective logistics solutions.
- Manage customer expectations and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Participate in the preparation and review of proposals, pricing, and rate analyses to support customer bids and ensure profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project progress.
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer success, account management, or sales within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
