The Opportunity
As a Management Consulting - Sales, Service and Marketing - Senior Associate Intern, you will engage with clients to enhance their customer strategies, improve service design, and optimize performance within our Advisory practice. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing to the team's success.

Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in delivering client-focused solutions in sales, service, and marketing
- Participating in customer journey analysis to enhance customer experience strategies
- Assisting in the development of customer-centric strategies to drive loyalty and satisfaction
- Engaging in customer data management to improve service design and performance optimization
- Conducting trend analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing customer relations
- Collaborating with team members to embrace change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and contribute to project goals
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
- Contributing to the creation of innovative customer experience designs through intellectual curiosity and teamwork
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Client service Senior Associate intern positions are for job seekers who are one year away from graduation of their MBA program at the time of application

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
