Own and build Portnox’s account-based marketing motion across content, display, paid social, email, and events. Design always-on campaigns targeting named accounts and buying committees, align messaging and execution with SDR teams, manage ABM and intent platforms, and optimize campaigns for engagement and opportunity creation. Develop account-level reporting, dashboards, and a scalable ABM playbook that connects marketing activity to pipeline outcomes.
This role owns the build-out of Portnox's account-based marketing (ABM) motion — an end-to-end demand creation framework, tightly aligned with the SDR team, that drives awareness, consideration, and demand across a defined set of target accounts and the contacts within their buying committees. You'll have latitude to define the channel mix — content, display, social, email, and events — but every campaign should be treated as an always-on motion that evolves over time and connects back to specific contacts within named target accounts, not a one-off push.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Motion Design
- Design and build a repeatable ABM campaign framework spanning content syndication, display/programmatic, paid social, email, and event channels
- Define messaging and asset requirements by segment and persona so campaigns speak directly to each role within a target account's buying committee
- Treat every campaign as an always-on motion, continuously refreshing with new content, assets, webinars, and other engagement opportunities
Channel Execution
- Manage always-on content syndication programs refreshing targeting and creative on a regular cadence to generate engaged contacts within target accounts
- Own account-based display/programmatic advertising through an ABM or intent-data platform (e.g., 6sense), refreshing target account lists regularly and optimizing for message relevance and opportunity creation
- Manage paid social campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn) targeted at buying committee contacts within named accounts
- Own intent-triggered email programs across marketing automation and ABM platforms, and partner with SDRs on their sales engagement sequences
- Align with SDR-led outreach so messaging and timing stay consistent with the broader campaign
- Help plan and execute high-touch account engagement events (e.g., executive dinners and roundtables) for priority accounts
Sales & SDR Alignment
- Lead regular campaign execution meetings with the SDR team to align on target accounts, messaging, timing, and follow-up
- Serve as the connective tissue between marketing programs and SDR outreach so every touch feels coordinated rather than siloed
Reporting & Analytics
- Build reporting that shows account-level movement: engagement, intent-signal progression, and stage advancement through the funnel
- Report against the core goal of opportunity creation within defined target accounts tying activity across every channel back to pipeline outcomes
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent opportunity creation within defined target accounts
- A repeatable, documented ABM playbook that scales beyond any single campaign
- Regular working alignment with the SDR team, with clear shared visibility into target account status
- Reporting that shows account engagement and progression, not just individual lead activity
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- 4-6+ years in B2B demand generation or account-based marketing, ideally having built or scaled an ABM program from the ground up
- Hands-on experience with an ABM/intent platform (e.g., 6sense) and content syndication vendors (e.g., TechTarget, BrightTalk)
- Experience running paid social campaigns targeted at named accounts (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Experience with a marketing automation platform and a sales engagement tool (e.g., Outreach)
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and account-level reporting/analytics tools
- A track record of partnering closely with SDR/BDR teams — comfortable leading recurring working sessions and holding channels accountable to shared account goals
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience building account-level (not just lead-level) dashboards
- A strategic mindset paired with a willingness to be hands-on and build programs from scratch
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in cybersecurity, IT, or another technical B2B category is a plus
