T1 Energy is looking to hire a Manager, Accounting Revenue to lead the revenue recognition process, ensure compliance with ASC 606, and deliver accurate, audit-ready reporting. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance to evaluate contracts, asses performance obligations, and ensure revenue is recognized correctly and consistently.

What You'll Do

  • Own revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including contract review and performance obligation analysis.

  • Lead revenue-related activities during month-end close, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Prepare and review revenue reporting packages, disclosures, and variance analysis.

  • Analyze revenue trends, pricing structures, and contract terms to identify risks and insights.

  • Support revenue forecasting ans budgeting processes.

  • Strengthen and document internal controls and audit support.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and contract management to align in revenue treatment.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented and technically strong in revenue recognition.

  • Comfortable navigating complex contracts and translating them into accounting outcomes.

  • Analytical, organized, and deadline driven.

  • Clear communicator who can explain accounting decisions to non-accountants.

  • Proactive in identifying risk and tightening process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue focused accounting.

  • Strong understanding of ASC 606 and related internal controls.

  • Prior public accounting experience preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
