- Perform complex data validation and conceptual analyses using SAS and MS Excel
- Analyze and interpret reporting tools utilized by the internal and external customer groups
- Provide management with statistical findings, explanations, and conclusions
- Reviews data extraction and analytical projects of other analysts
- Serves as a company thought leader on innovative analytical approaches for new and expanding business models

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics capacity and evidence of creative, proactive problem solving
- Experience in the healthcare insurance industry preferably with exposure to medical claims data
- Advanced or higher level of proficiency with SAS and SQL
- Advanced or higher level of proficiency working with MS Excel including Pivot Tables, Charts and complex functions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Actuarial Science Exams
- Experience working with Medicaid
- Experience with Medical Economics
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Proven skill at learning new coding languages and business processes
