LogicMonitor is looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Business Systems (BSA Practice Lead) to lead and evolve our Business Systems Analyst (BSA) practice across enterprise applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and related platforms.

In this role, you will define how business systems work is delivered across the organization—building a scalable operating model for intake, prioritization, and execution, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes.

A key focus of this role is building a modern, high-performing BSA practice that leverages AI and automation to increase delivery efficiency, improve requirements quality, and scale impact. You’ll coach BSAs to translate business needs into clear technical solutions—and to identify where AI can be embedded into workflows to optimize decision-making and execution.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of Business Systems Analysts across multiple domains (GTM/Salesforce, Finance/NetSuite, HR/Workday, etc.).
  • Define and implement the BSA operating model, including:
    • intake and request management standards
    • prioritization frameworks and stakeholder governance
    • sprint planning, execution, and delivery rituals
  • Establish clear standards and coaching practices for translating business requirements into technical requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with platform capabilities.
  • Coach BSAs to improve critical thinking, solution design, and requirement shaping (including pushing back on ambiguity and driving to root cause).
  • Partner with VP-level and above business leaders to align on priorities, manage expectations, and drive outcomes.
  • Facilitate transparent, cross-functional prioritization across competing initiatives; drive clear ownership, accountability, and decision-making.
  • Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve both how the team works and what the team delivers, including:
    • accelerating requirements discovery and documentation
    • improving prioritization and capacity decisions with better data/insights
    • increasing delivery efficiency through automation and repeatable patterns
    • embedding intelligence into workflows and system interactions
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and domain leads to ensure scalable solution design, quality delivery, and strong cross-team execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, tooling, and metrics to increase speed, scalability, and effectiveness of the BSA function.
What You'll Need:
  • 6-7 years of experience in Business Systems, Business Analysis, or related roles.
  • 2+ years leading and/or managing BSA (or similar) teams, including performance management and talent development.
  • Proven experience building or scaling a Business Systems / BSA practice, including operating models, governance, and delivery processes.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and system solutions across enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with all levels of stakeholders, up to executive-level across a cross-functional environment.

Experience identifying and applying AI and automation opportunities to improve workflows, decision-making, and/or delivery processes.
