We're looking for a highly analytical and driven Senior Finance Manager to play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, with a focus on Revenue and Go-To-Market performance. You’ll partner directly with senior leadership and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive insights that fuel growth, improve forecasting accuracy and enhance decision making across the business.

What You’ll Do: 
  • Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting for software and services revenue and gross margin, including monthly, quarterly and annual cycles 
  • Build and enhance dynamic financial models that provide visibility into usage trends, growth drivers, and performance across DISCO’s offerings 
  • Develop and track key revenue and growth metrics; surface insights that inform strategic decisions 
  • Partner cross-functionally with GTM leaders to inform sales planning, territory design and quota setting - own a quota driven revenue model that informs company targets and success metrics 
  • Deeply analyze pipeline performance and customer dynamics to refine revenue outlook 
  • Prepare financial analysis and materials in support of quarterly earnings calls and board presentations 
  • Enhance reporting of critical KPIs, delivering clear and actionable insights
  • Present strategic recommendations to the CFO, CEO and executive team  
  • Serve as a mentor to direct reports and foster team growth, accountability, mentorship and culture 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, business operations, or another analytically rigorous role 
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Comfortable working with SQL and collaborating with Data Science or Analytics teams to tackle complex problems 
  • Strong background in financial modeling, planning and forecasting, with a focus on translating data into strategic insights 
  • Experience operating in rigorous public company reporting environments 
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, structure problems, and deliver practical solutions 
  • Highly organized, with a track record of juggling competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness 
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative approach; able to work effectively across departments and levels of seniority
