This role sits at the intersection of corporate finance and business unit partnership, working directly with BU leaders to drive reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making that will directly impact multiple BUs within a growing on-prem and SaaS business. This role will report to the Director of FP&A focused on supporting corporate reporting, SaaS and on-prem BUs, hosting/Finops, and federal professional services.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering leadership to provide financial insights and decision support
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and analyses to support forecasting and strategic decision making leveraging large datasets from multiple systems (NetSuite, Salesforce)
• Maintain and expand hosting cost model, refine unit-economics of various SaaS products and analyze potential deals for gross margin assessment
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and drive projects to support strategic initiatives, leadership requests, and operational decisions
• Support corporate FP&A items including lender reporting, audit/tax requests, annual planning, quarterly board decks, ARR/ACV reporting with KPI analysis focused on various retention metrics, and other monthly and ad-hoc requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction services, accounting, or related analytical role
• Advanced Excel skills required, Tableau experience and familiarity with AI tools for data analysis or automation a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and comfort working with non-finance stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and driving collaboration cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced software environment
