We’re looking for a Growth Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) execution and revenue growth within one of Alkami’s strategic market segments. This is a player-coach leadership role responsible for owning the GTM motion across demand generation and SDR teams, aligning strategy, execution, and performance to drive pipeline, revenue, and market impact.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end GTM engine for your segment, translating business objectives into integrated growth programs that span marketing, SDR, and sales collaboration. You’ll be accountable for demand strategy, pipeline creation, conversion performance, and continuous optimization across the funnel.
You’ll bring a strong understanding of the banking and fintech landscape, pairing market insight with data-driven decision-making to guide positioning, segmentation, and campaign strategy. What You’ll Do
  • Own the GTM growth strategy for a defined market segment, aligning demand generation and SDR efforts to revenue goals.
    Lead, mentor, and manage the demand generation team and segment-aligned SDRs, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and development paths.
    Partner with marketing, sales, and revenue leadership to define segment strategy, ICP focus, use cases, and growth opportunities.

  • Design and execute integrated GTM campaigns across inbound and outbound channels to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
    Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across paid media, email, outbound, content, and events.
    Establish and manage budgets, forecasting impact and ROI across GTM initiatives.

  • Work closely with marketing analytics, and sales operations to build dashboards and reporting that measure funnel health, pipeline contribution, and GTM effectiveness.

  • Optimize lead-to-opportunity and SDR workflows in partnership with marketing ops and revenue ops.
    Guide audience segmentation, messaging strategy, and creative direction to ensure relevance across buyer stages.
    Manage and optimize relationships with third-party media, technology, and agency partners to scale GTM impact.

Must-Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or GTM roles, with people management experience.

  • Proven success owning pipeline and revenue outcomes through integrated GTM programs.
    Strong understanding of inbound and outbound acquisition channels, including paid social, search, email, outbound, and content marketing.

  • Experience managing and aligning SDR teams with marketing-led GTM motions.
    Proficiency with GTM tools including Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, Demanbase, SalesLoft (or similar CRM, SDR outreach, and marketing automation platforms).
    Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into GTM insights and action.
    Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. 

  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and energized by continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with modern revenue operations and GTM analytics frameworks.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Background in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS environments.

The salary range for this position is: $108,000 - $135,000 + BonusCool Things to Know
