The Innovation & Adoption Manager drives the successful adoption of strategic initiatives, organizational transformation efforts, and new technologies across the organization. This role partners with senior leaders, Human Resources, Learning and Development, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into effective change initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. By combining strategic thinking with hands-on project execution, the role helps employees adopt new ways of working while strengthening organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise change management initiatives by developing strategies that support organizational transformation, technology adoption, and evolving business priorities.

  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to assess organizational challenges, develop practical recommendations, and build alignment on strategic initiatives.

  • Design and implement stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans that prepare employees and leaders for successful change.

  • Conduct change impact assessments, evaluate organizational readiness, identify adoption risks, and implement mitigation strategies that improve business outcomes.

  • Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and innovative ways of working by embedding sustainable practices into daily operations and organizational culture.

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects by developing project plans, facilitating meetings, tracking progress, preparing executive updates, and adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.

  • Collaborate with Learning and Development to create learning experiences, tools, and resources that reinforce long-term capability building and sustained behavioral change.

  • Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives by defining success metrics, analyzing adoption and engagement data, and continuously improving change management approaches through insights and lessons learned.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience supporting enterprise change management, organizational transformation, Human Resources strategy, organizational effectiveness, or related initiatives.

  • 6–10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional change management, organizational transformation, management consulting, Human Resources strategy, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior and executive leaders to lead organizational change and deliver strategic initiatives.

  • Experience applying structured change management methodologies and project management frameworks, along with proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Management consulting experience with a demonstrated ability to facilitate executive discussions, solve complex business challenges, and translate strategy into execution.

  • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, organizational redesigns, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Change management certification (such as Prosci) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships across all organizational levels.

  • Leadership and change management skills that foster employee engagement, build commitment, and support successful adoption of new ways of working.
