Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Salesforce is seeking an editorial operations professional to lead multimedia content ideation, coordination and production for the News & Editorial team in Communications. You will lead story ideation and content production meetings, ensure that agenda-setting stories move through the pipeline from brief to assignment to interviews, writing, production, publication, cross-channel distribution and amplification. You will forge relationships with communications partners and across departments to ensure content aligns with messaging priorities and organizational goals and incorporates executive voices. You will relentlessly scrutinize processes and workflows, leveraging AI and making consistent improvements.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Story Ideation: Digest inputs from internal and external sources and ensure they are reflected in multimedia content from the News & Editorial team. Lead meetings with agency partners, writers, multimedia producers and editors to crystallize ideas and move them into production.

  • Content Production: Govern the development of stories from concept through amplification, ensuring that they progress from stage to stage on deadline and according to quality and approval standards. Support content creators in anticipating obstacles and overcoming barriers to publication.

  • Distribution, Reuse and Amplification Governance: Work with channel owners and promotion staff to complete the content lifecycle. Lead the repackaging of assets across critical channels. Assist in prioritizing content pieces for amplification support.

  • Strategic Moment Execution: Orchestrate high-stakes publishing cycles for critical corporate news, managing 24/7 operational readiness and cross-functional alignment to ensure flawless delivery during peak visibility windows. Identify social conversations where Salesforce executives should weigh in and support quick development of assets.

  • Editorial Strategy Oversight: Anticipate org-level content needs and barriers to content publishing and address them proactively, ensuring the success of the News & Editorial team’s work.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR and other internal teams to ensure the content plan will achieve their earned media, messaging and audience growth goals.

  • AI-Powered Workflow Transformation: Identify, pilot, and scale the implementation of AI and agent-based solutions (leveraging platforms such as Slack) to drive workflow efficiency and quality across the editorial content production process.

  • Editorial Pinch-Hitting: Edit briefs and copy and review content for alignment with our Style Guide when necessary.

You're Our Person If...

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in content production and operations, with a proven track record of driving process and performance efficiencies.

  • Proven track record of managing content processes from ideation to publication and promotion, including calendaring, posting, and content lifecycle.

  • Technical project management experience – workflow management and support of long-term content optimization projects

  • Understanding of best-in-class editorial multimedia content and executive content development and promotion.

  • Experience managing the work of freelancers, agency partners, and contractors.

  • Proficiency in project management, content and operations tools like Optimizely, Wordpress, Tableau, Google Suite, and Slack.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work across teams.

Even Better If...

  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization.
