About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Manager, People Operations Transformation to transform global people operations and processes that support company scale. Reporting into the Manager - Transformation, Compliance, and Contingent Workers, the ideal candidate will have deep subject matter expertise in global HR operations and proven success identifying improvement and automation opportunities. In addition to process improvements, this person will successfully identify core enablement needs, and build key processes and tasks supporting knowledge management, SOP documentation, and training for the People Operations team.

Operational project support for these initiatives will come from team members within the People Services team, so experience managing direct or dotted line relationships is ideal.

The ability to work independently and cross-functionally to meet all stakeholder needs and influence change will be critical for success in this role. You will work cross functionally with all People teams such as Total Rewards, Business Partners, and Talent, as well as with other key stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and IT.

What You Will Do:
  • Apply AI and a data driven approach to proactively identify improvement opportunities, design, and implement automation and self-service solutions while measuring results

    Global Enablement Lead for People Operations, Shared Services, and Talent Coordination by standardizing and documenting training, support change management, and standardize playbooks to drive consistent global adoption

    Partner with globally distributed and highly cross-functional teams to scope and drive project outcomes in a highly collaborative approach.

    Develop clear and cohesive project plans, managing all stakeholders and deliverables according to timelines, to ensure we deliver on these key priorities.

    Update and maintain knowledge and knowledge governance to ensure clean data for AI consumption

What You Will Bring:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 7+ years of experience in HR operations.

  • Demonstrated experience building a culture of excellence and accountability by driving consistent, streamlined, and automated People Operations processes across the globe.

  • Experience with Workday business process design; including business requirements documentation and project management

  • Extremely process and detail oriented with the ability to drive projects to completion.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and to simplify complex topics for broad audience
