We’re looking for a Manager, Strategic Product Consultants to lead Procore’s Strategic Product Consultant (SPC), Owners team. In this role, you’ll drive best practices by establishing operations, setting strategic goals, and providing daily guidance to your team.

As the Manager, Strategic Product Consultants, you’ll successfully lead, mentor, and grow your team of individual contributors. This includes facilitating onboarding, identifying challenging opportunities for advancement, and driving high performance with company, organization, and team objectives. As a successful candidate, you have experience managing professional services and aspirations to pursue future leadership opportunities. You’re a trusted advisor who can skillfully manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building to move the needle on projects. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Product Consultant and can be based in our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, Tampa, FL offices or work remotely from a US location.  We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and guide SPC responsibilities to drive new initiatives and lead process changes

  • Provide expertise for escalated client issues or objection handling

  • Demonstrate business growth and transformation within a team that drives Professional Services value to customers

  • Engage with Global Professional Services and Customer Success Leadership on team wins and losses

  • Establish and maintain job expectations; plan, monitor, and appraise performance results

  • Inspire team members to achieve high results and metrics; develop and manage team objectives, messaging, and updates

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop team members by identifying training opportunities, establishing career paths, and managing peer shadowing

What we’re looking for: 

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS Management or Team Lead role

  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional services function on SaaS platforms, including onboarding, training, and client relationships

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Understanding of business transformation, growth, and development of consulting services within a Professional Services organization

  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others

  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process-oriented mindset

  • Track record as an early adopter for driving change and a demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field is preferred

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

157,590.00 - 216,686.30 USD Annual

On Target Earning Range:

185,400.00 - 254,925.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
