Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business requirements and designing solutions using the Manhattan WMOS software.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and integration of the WMOS solution.
  • Configuring and testing the WMOS software to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the WMOS software.
  • Developing and delivering training materials to end-users of the WMOS software.
  • Participating in system upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Manhattan WMOS software and its modules.
  • Experience with warehouse management and supply chain management systems.
  • Proficient in SQL, Java, and other programming languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
