This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring Manhattan WMOS software, providing support, and training users while collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements and designing solutions using the Manhattan WMOS software.
- Collaborating with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and integration of the WMOS solution.
- Configuring and testing the WMOS software to meet business needs and requirements.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the WMOS software.
- Developing and delivering training materials to end-users of the WMOS software.
- Participating in system upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Manhattan WMOS software and its modules.
- Experience with warehouse management and supply chain management systems.
- Proficient in SQL, Java, and other programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
