Program & Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution to ensure high-quality delivery, on-time schedules, and adherence to budget.
- Drive accountability, identify and resolve roadblocks, proactively assess risk, and implement mitigation plans to improve execution certainty.
- Provide program leadership for a broad range of operational initiatives including new vendor onboarding, cost-reduction efforts, productivity improvements, and process optimization projects.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Engagement
- Represent the broader Operations organization in interactions with vendors, product management, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate vendor-facing Operations activities - setting agendas, managing action items, and overseeing forecast, production planning, and related operational workflows.
- Lead recurring internal cross-functional meetings, including both remote and in-person forums, ensuring clear communication, status alignment, and timely closure of action items.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Champion the development, deployment, and standardization of best practices to enhance program performance, efficiency, and repeatability.
- Promote transparency and effective communication across all levels of the organization to maintain alignment and operational clarity.
- Drive lessons‑learned activities to support continuous improvement and prevent recurrence of known issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering/Science, or MBA with relevant manufacturing or operations experience.
- Strong industrial engineering foundation with demonstrated analytical rigor, structured problem-solving capability, and operational execution excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of influencing and aligning stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and skilled at prioritizing work for both self and distributed cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead change, manage complex global initiatives, and drive cross-functional decision-making.
- Strong program management fundamentals and experience driving structured project execution.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience (including fab/OSAT operations, factory systems, industrial engineering, automation, or manufacturing optimization).
- Experience with simulation, modeling, or optimization tools.
- Proficiency in data analytics, scripting languages, or advanced statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with program management and planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Understanding of product lifecycle phases from concept through full production.
