Retail Sales Associate is person who is responsible for selling merchandise and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

The Jewelry Shop Specialists deliver a premium guest experience through personalized consultations,
VIP showings, and expert guidance that supports high-value sales. These roles meet voyage-level
goals by using strong product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and luxury watches while
supporting onboard events and promotions. The position maintains brand-standard displays,
secures high-value merchandise, and completes required reporting and operational tasks.
Compliance with shipboard safety, audit standards, and loss-prevention procedures is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous onboard experience is Sales department is mandatory
  • Min 21 years old 
  • Must be available to join within 90 days
  • Very good English language knowledge
  • Additional language knowledge is preferable
  • Ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues
  • Ability to initiate conversation and establish relationships with customers
  • Ability to work 7 days a week, 10−14 hours daily under pressure and show enthusiasm at all time
