This is a field-based, high-impact role responsible for launching our brand and building our business from the ground up. • Local GTM Strategy: Develop and execute localized go-to-market plans that drive awareness, trial, and conversion within the metro area. Identify key areas, partners, and events that deliver local relevance.

  • Mobile Experience Execution: Manage operations of the local mobile demo fleet, providing demo rides and brand introduction to customers at all stages of the funnel.

  • Fixed Retail Hub Management: Oversee all facets of daily retail store operations, including building an opening team and overseeing ongoing scheduling, visual merchandising, and activation.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and directly manage a team of associates for both mobile and retail environments.

  • Community and Partnership Activation: Identify and execute strategic activation events and partnerships to drive top-of-funnel interest and trial.

  • Operations: Oversee market operations including permitting, risk management, and asset management.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, retail management or a related role with a track record of growth and P&L accountability.

  • A entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset - you love building businesses from the ground up.

  • An strong sense of the cultural pulse of Austin.

  • Demonstrated experience in using experiential marketing and community engagement to drive business results.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively and independently in an unstructured, field-based environment.

  • Strong leadership skills, with an ability to attract, develop and motivate a team of successful and highly engaged associates.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of selling a premium product through a compelling narrative.

  • A passion for small EVs, cycling, or high-growth consumer technology brands is a strong plus.

The estimated annual base compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. There will also be a target annual performance bonus. Bonus payouts vary based on company and individual performance.

We’re located in the heart of Silicon Valley and have brought together a world-class team from some of the biggest brands in the technology, automotive, cycling, outdoor recreation and retail spaces.

Together we’re working hands-on to imagine, design and build an entirely new solution to a global set of transportation challenges.
