DNV is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to accelerate growth for our Pipeline product line. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that position DNV as a trusted partner for pipeline infrastructure solutions.
As Marketing and Communications Manager for the Pipeline product line, you will own the marketing strategy and execution for Synergi Gas, Synergi Pipeline, Synergi Pipeline Simulator, and Synergi Liquid. You will work closely with the Global Campaigns Team, product management, sales, and regional marketing teams to develop campaigns that resonate with pipeline engineers and executives.
This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth across our portfolio of pipeline software solutions.
In this role, you will be welcomed by a global team of Marketing and Communications professionals and will be part of a larger network of marketing colleagues across DNV globally.
This role is based at our DNV office in Houston, TX or Mechanicsburg, PA although we would consider other locations in the U.S. depending on the selected candidate. This role presents a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or client location/site. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute marketing and communications plans aligned with business objectives and marketing priorities to enhance reach, reputation, relationships, and revenue
- Collaborate with product, sales, and regional marketing teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and customer needs
- Design targeted marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and build repeat business
- Create compelling content, including thought leadership, case studies, customer testimonials, and technical marketing materials that resonate with pipeline operators
- Drive demand generation through multi-channel strategies including SEO, social media, PR, and paid advertising
- Test and adopt emerging marketing technologies to gain a competitive advantage and exceed performance targets
- Own the digital customer journey, ensuring a frictionless customer experience across all touchpoints of an omnichannel customer buying journey

What is Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technical, industrial, energy, or software sectors
- Seasoned marketer who can translate business priorities into impactful marketing strategies and tactics that drive measurable business outcomes
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation
- Experience developing personas and value propositions for complex solutions and translating them into compelling messaging
- Strong understanding of customer journeys from awareness to loyalty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

What is Preferred
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics
- Experience with the oil & gas industry
