As a Marketing Associate for Customer Solutions, ASC, you will help shape the future of the ASC business by supporting marketing initiatives that drive commercial success across the differing customer segments. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, your downstream marketing counterparts, and cross-functional teams to enable effective selling through tools, training, and campaigns, while bringing forward customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform portfolio positioning. You will serve as a subject matter expert on assigned solutions, helping ensure our offerings remain differentiated, customer-focused, and competitive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assists in the implementation and execution of the marketing collateral and sales support program of different customer segments.
  • Support the execution of marketing plans and sales tools across assigned customer segments.
  • Gather and relay customer insights and competitive intelligence to help shape product strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on ASC market to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to report marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales to support training initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Contribute to portfolio positioning through segmentation, targeting, and messaging support.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing feedback on customer needs and usage trends.
  • Help coordinate and attend customer-facing events such as national and local tradeshows, cross-divisional product showcases, customer meetings at headquarter locations, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

  • Internship experience or relevant coursework with marketing, sales, or healthcare
  • Previous experience within the medical device industry

$59,900 - $108,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
