Marketing Coordinator GTM

How this role will Serve, Own and Grow at Rev:

At Rev, we’re redefining how legal and law enforcement teams work through overwhelming volumes of audio and video evidence. Our Legal AI platform helps teams find what matters faster—turning massive volumes of evidence into searchable, citable insights—while keeping human judgment firmly in control.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand, Creative & GTM team. This is an execution-focused role that supports key go-to-market programs across B2B, Marketing, sales enablement, events, partnerships, and competitive insights.

You’ll work closely with leaders across Brand, B2B Marketing, and Sales to coordinate logistics, keep materials current, and ensure Rev shows up consistently and professionally across all GTM touchpoints.

🔍 Responsibilities:
Events, Conferences & Webinars
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, events, and webinars

  • Manage shipping, materials, swag, booth assets, and vendor coordination

  • Support internal alignment with Sales, Brand, Product, and Operations

  • Assist with pre-event preparation and post-event follow-up coordination

Sales Enablement Coordination
  • Coordinate updates to sales enablement materials, including battlecards, objection-handling documents, and use-case materials

  • Maintain organization, versioning, and accessibility of enablement assets

  • Collect feedback from Sales and route it to Brand and B2B Marketing partners

  • Support readiness for sales-facing launches and updates

Competitive Research & Benchmarking
  • Conduct monthly competitive research and benchmarking

  • Track high-level changes in competitor positioning, messaging, pricing (public), and launches

  • Synthesize findings into clear, concise summaries for Marketing and Sales teams

Partnership & GTM Support
  • Support partnership and co-marketing initiatives

  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and internal handoffs

  • Support reporting and analysis for GTM programs, including budget tracking and performance summaries for events, webinars, and campaigns

  • Ensure program readiness and execution across teams

Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or programs

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Comfort working across multiple teams and priorities

  • High attention to detail and follow-through

    • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, project management tools, or event platforms is a plus—but not required.

Location Requirement:

  • If you're based in Austin, TX, this is a hybrid role with an expectation of being onsite 2-3 days per week at our office located at: 1717 W 6th St, Suite 310, Austin, TX 78703.
