Overview 

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the project management and logistical execution of marketing initiatives, supporting Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing. Working closely with the marketing leadership, they will ensure the seamless delivery of event requirements, launch assets, and digital campaign components. They will interface directly with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to manage inventory, coordinate travel, and ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints. Success will be measured by the timeliness of deliverables, organizational efficiency, and the ability to support the team in executing high-impact campaigns and events.

This is a hybrid position, 3 day in office at our Austin location.

Responsibilities

  • Event Logistics: Lead the tactical execution of trade shows and field events, including ordering swag, booking dinners/venues, managing booth collateral and deliverables, and handling shipping logistics.
  • Digital Project Coordination: Support the Digital Marketing team by coordinating project timelines, gathering creative assets for campaigns, and ensuring deliverables meet platform specifications.
  • Product Launch Management: Manage timelines and deliverables for product launches in partnership with Product Marketing, ensuring all stakeholders stay on track.
  • Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors (printers, merchandise suppliers, venues) and manage associated contracts and invoices.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish marketing collateral and promotional items; ensure organization of digital and physical assets.
  • General Support: Support all Xurrent marketing initiatives and programs as needed, including scheduling and travel coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or project management.
  • Proven experience managing logistics, vendors, and timelines for events or digital campaigns.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable.
