The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role within the Four Hands in-house marketing team by managing editorial calendars, campaign briefs, and project timelines. This role is responsible for executing a range of marketing programs across multiple B2B and end-consumer audiences, from upper-funnel brand campaigns to lower-funnel product and promotional content.  

In This Role 

  • Maintain the comprehensive editorial calendar and provide support across all business lines, ensuring alignment with evolving priorities and campaign objectives 
  • Manage campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution; addressing overlaps or gaps in messaging as needed 
  • Ensure marketing materials align with the brand narrative, while communicating relevant brand and product messaging 
  • Collaborate with other departments within and beyond marketing to ensure alignment with brand objectives, marketing KPIs and overall company objectives.   
  • Collaborate with technology, analytics, and research partners to establish a reporting cadence to delivery insights on brand health, growth, and performance 
  • Capture and share meeting notes, outlining clear action items for appropriate stakeholders  
  • Monitor industry standards, trends, and the competitive landscape; share insights and new ideas based on research and event learnings 
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person 

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination or related role 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook and PowerPoint  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to accurately document meetings, discussions, and action items  
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep programs on-task while adopting various workflow & creative tools such as Monday.com, Figma and Canto 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities in marketing initiatives 
  • Familiarity with the marketing funnel, content strategy and brand architecture frameworks
