We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Digital Marketing Senior Executive who has hands-on experience in planning and executing digital including email and social media campaigns, developing content strategies, and creating visually engaging social media creatives using graphic design tools. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and strong execution skills.

Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience with strong execution skills and managing small projects
- Good knowledge of email marketing, best practices and skills with HTML and basic CSS for editing and creating emails
- Proven design skills and ability to create engaging content and visual campaigns
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
- Experience working in email campaign management tool; Acoustic, Mailchimp would be preferable.
- A keen eye for visual storytelling to evoke wanderlust and loyalty among memebr
- Ability to assess workload timeframes and priorities, as well as plan and deliver multiple tasks on-time

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Create and curate content for email marketing, websites, landing pages and social media channels.
- Assist with the design of responsive and visually appealing email templates using HTML and CSS.
- Assist with maintaining the Deals Management System (DMS) with upcoming emails
- Execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion metrics and performance analysis.
- Produce additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures and guidebooks and others.
- Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images and writing and editing copies.
- Ensure all images used are accurate, in compliance with suppliers’ branding guidelines and update our image library with the latest images from our suppliers.
- Partner with design teams align messaging and campaign delivery.
- Support broader digital initiatives including paid ads and organic social content
- Work in accordance with the strategy and briefs defined by the manager.
- Assist the team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested.
- Undertake other duties which may be negotiated from time to time with the Manager
