About The Role:

The incumbent will support scalable and data-driven marketing growth by assisting with account-based marketing campaigns, day-to-day campaign management, and performance tracking across web, app, and onboarding journeys. The role is responsible for helping maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and supporting the analysis of funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvement. By supporting consistent data tracking and reporting standards, this role helps give demand generation and business teams the visibility needed to improve conversion, enhance customer journeys, and support marketing efficiency across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Support execution of ABM campaigns across the group, working with regional teams to keep targeting and messaging aligned.

Campaign Management:

  • Manage day-to-day campaign setup, tracking (UTMs, GA4, GTM), and platform coordination across GA4, AppsFlyer, and HubSpot.
  • Ensure campaigns are tagged and tracked consistently across website and app.

Conversion Management (Sales, Tracking & Reporting, Funnel Analysis):

  • Track leads end-to-end from source through onboarding to conversion, and coordinate with Sales on lead visibility.
  • Maintain dashboards and deliver regular performance reports across acquisition and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor funnel performance, flag drop-offs, and support recommendations to improve conversion rate.

Funnel Performance & Conversion Insights:

  • Monitor and analyze end-to-end funnel performance.
  • Identify key friction points and provide data-backed recommendations to improve conversion rates. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with: 
    • Demand Generation team (campaign tracking & performance measurement).
    • Product & Tech teams (implementation & integrations).
    • Sales teams (lead tracking & funnel visibility).
  • Act as the single point of contact for all marketing data, tracking, and attribution queries.

Automation & Innovation:

  • Identify and implement AI-driven tools and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance marketing performance and scalability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analysis, and decision-making through automation
     

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required; Arabic, French and other regional languages are good to have.
  • Experience in Banking, Payment and Financial services background is preferred, with relevant knowledge of Fintech products’ value propositions and familiarity with technical content.
  • Experience with customer journeys, Add on would be around B2B and SME journeys particularly across onboarding, activation, and transaction lifecycles.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital analytics, or performance marketing within a technology-driven or payments environment.
  • Familiarity with website management and understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM.
  • Experience with analytics and attribution tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, and GTM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with running ABM campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exposure to or experience with AI-driven tools, automation, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reporting, and decision-making through technology
  • Passionate about digital platforms.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the industry and the target audience of the organization.
