RC Coffee / Kiocafe is redefining how consumers experience coffee and self-service retail through next-generation cafés and smart kiosk technology. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, fast-moving Marketing & Growth Manager to help build our brand, create demand, and drive customer engagement across Canada.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ideas into execution. You’ll work directly with leadership to shape marketing strategy, launch campaigns, support growth initiatives, and help bring an emerging brand to life.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Growth Manager will own and execute marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, app engagement, and traffic across RC Coffee / Kiocafe channels and locations.

This role blends creativity with execution and requires someone equally comfortable creating social content, launching campaigns, supporting new location activations, and developing materials that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Own and manage the marketing calendar across campaigns, promotions, seasonal initiatives, rewards programs, and limited-time offers (LTOs)
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and customer engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and analytics

Brand & Content

  • Lead social media strategy and content development across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and digital channels
  • Create engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and community engagement
  • Help define and evolve a modern brand at the intersection of coffee, convenience, hospitality, and technology
  • Maintain consistent messaging and brand identity across platforms

Growth & Customer Experience

  • Create customer-driving initiatives focused on store traffic, app adoption, rewards engagement, and retention
  • Support new kiosk and café launches through local activations, field marketing, and grand opening campaigns
  • Identify partnership opportunities and creative growth channels
  • Assist in customer experience initiatives and loyalty-building programs

Sales & Partnership Support

  • Develop marketing materials and sales support assets for proposals, presentations, partnerships, and customer opportunities
  • Support business development initiatives through targeted marketing efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, hospitality, retail, QSR, consumer products, startups, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter with a highly execution-focused mindset
  • Creative thinker with the ability to move quickly and wear multiple hats
  • Passion for innovative consumer experiences, technology, and emerging brands
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social scheduling platforms, or marketing tools preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting retail, hospitality, café, food & beverage, or consumer-facing brands
  • Startup or growth-stage company experience
  • Experience with loyalty or app-based marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and analytics platforms
