We are looking for a Marketing (Growth) Operations Manager who will become the owner of marketing processes, automations, and the martech function, helping us increase creative output through processes, AI, and automation.

Your Mission

Your primary goal will be to help us scale creative production through automation, processes, and AI rather than simply growing the team size.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, enabling our marketing organization to move faster, work more efficiently, and scale through automation.

What You'll Do
  • Own the roadmap for marketing automation and AI initiatives.

  • Coordinate the work of the martech team and drive solutions from idea to launch.

  • Write product requirements, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

  • Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover automation opportunities.

  • Optimize workflows, Jira processes, and reduce manual work.

  • Launch and implement AI, automation, and no-code solutions for marketing and creative production teams.

  • Research emerging martech and AI tools and assess their business impact.

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and process improvements.

Who We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Creative Operations.

  • Hands-on experience working with Jira.

  • Experience coordinating work with software engineers.

  • Strong ability to write requirements and structure processes.

  • Systems-thinking mindset and strong ownership.

  • Proactive attitude and passion for optimization.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with AI tools.

  • Make, Zapier, or Airtable experience.

  • Jira Automation experience.

  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.

  • Experience in performance marketing or creative production environments.
