About Wellfit

Millions of patients delay care because they can't figure out how to pay for it. Wellfit is a healthcare fintech company that removes that barrier, giving dental and healthcare practices flexible payment, financing, and membership options their patients can actually use.

Based in Irving, Texas, we're bringing our marketing in-house. That means the person in this seat shapes how practices, DSOs, and partners see Wellfit, with real ownership from day one.

About the Role

Your most important internal customer is our Sales team. A large part of your work will be creating and maintaining the materials our field reps use every day: one-pagers, brochures, presentations, product messaging, and conference content. You'll also help build the Wellfit brand, run targeted campaigns, and make our presence at industry events count.

You'll partner closely with our Director of Commercial Success, who serves as the single front door for Sales requests into marketing. That means you get clear, prioritized asks instead of a dozen competing ones, and you can plan your work rather than react to it.

This individual contributor role comes with a real opportunity for autonomy. You'll own your day, set priorities with input from Sales and leadership, and see the direct impact of your work. It's a great fit for someone who wants real ownership and the chance to build something.

What You'll Do

Sales content and collateral

  • Build and maintain a library of approved one-pagers, brochures, decks, email templates, and leave-behinds that reps can customize and use right away.
  • Turn Sales requests, routed through the Director of Commercial Success, into finished, on-brand assets with fast turnaround.
  • Translate payments, financing, membership, ACH, and Pinless Debit offerings into clear language for practice owners and office managers.
  • Keep every asset current as products, pricing, and messaging change.

Conferences and events

  • Manage Wellfit's established conference process; the playbook is in place, and you'll keep it running smoothly.
  • Prepare and assemble the materials Sales requests for each event, along with pre-event, at-event, and post-event content.
  • Track conference budgets, coordinate vendors, manage exhibitor requirements, and help negotiate exhibitor fees.
  • Make sure Sales has what it needs to turn event conversations into follow-up meetings.

Brand and messaging

  • Maintain a consistent Wellfit voice across every channel and asset.
  • Develop distinct messaging for our core audiences, especially DSOs and owner-operated practices, which buy in very different ways.
  • Create co-marketing materials for distributors, buying groups, and referral partners.

Campaigns and social

  • Plan and run email campaigns and nurture sequences for clearly defined customer segments.
  • Own Wellfit's LinkedIn presence and other organic social channels, with a steady publishing rhythm.
  • Keep website messaging and landing pages accurate and aligned with current offerings.
  • Report on what's working in terms of conversations and meetings, not just impressions.

AI-powered execution

  • Use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Canva to produce high-quality work quickly.
  • Build AI templates and prompt kits so reps can tailor approved content for specific practices without going off-message.

How You'll Work

We want to be upfront about how this role operates day to day, so there are no surprises.

  • Sales requests come to you through the Director of Commercial Success, already prioritized and scoped.
  • You create the asset, or adapt an existing one from the library.
  • New messaging is reviewed by the Director of Commercial Success, then Product, then Compliance and Legal before it reaches a customer.
  • Approved assets go into a shared library, so reps always know where to find the current version.
  • Reps personalize approved materials for their accounts using the templates and AI tools you build.

Sales knows the field, and their input shapes what you create. You bring the craft, consistency, and judgment that make the materials work. You'll be working with strong, fast-moving sales personalities, so flexibility and a collaborative attitude matter as much as creative talent.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, or healthcare technology. Bonus points for startup or growth-stage experience.
  • A portfolio showing sales collateral, presentations, and campaigns you created yourself, with results to back them up (open and click-through rates, leads generated, or sales influenced).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex products simply.
  • Experience writing for different audiences and adjusting voice to fit each one.
  • Hands-on experience supporting a sales team with materials and messaging.
  • Comfort working within brand and compliance guidelines while still producing creative work.
  • Regular, practical use of AI tools in your marketing work.
  • Excitement about the opportunity for autonomy: you like owning your day and setting your own priorities.
  • A flexible, collaborative working style and a willingness to roll up your sleeves on whatever moves the business forward.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in dental, healthcare, payments, or lending.
  • Conference or trade show marketing experience, including working with vendors and budgets.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or a similar CRM or marketing automation tool.
  • Partner, distributor, or channel marketing experience.
  • Experience in a regulated industry where marketing claims need review.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days

  • Sales has a current, approved core set of materials for every main product, and reps know where to find them.
  • Sales requests have a predictable turnaround.
  • You've supported at least one conference from planning through follow-up.

In your first year

  • Reps can quickly find and personalize approved materials from the library for any account.
  • DSOs and owner-operated practices each receive messaging tailored to them.
  • Wellfit has a recognizable, consistent brand on LinkedIn and at industry events.
  • Campaigns and events lead to measurable sales conversations, and you can show which ones worked.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $95,000 to $120,000, plus bonus eligibility.
  • Hybrid: three days per week onsite in Irving, Texas.
  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, and 401(k) matching.
  • Growth: a chance to build Wellfit's in-house marketing function and grow with it.

Alongside a competitive annual bonus, we offer a 401(k) with up to a 4% match, generous paid time off, and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
