About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp marketing operations leader who is strategic and tactical. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our go-to-market teams and help recommend and execute efficient and delightful customer experiences that increase our market presence and accelerate our pipeline. You’ll help enable our business with key insights from how our customers engage with us and establish confidence in our data and processes that allow our GTM teams to serve our customers in the best way possible.


Note: This is a remote, 6 month Contractor role

What success from this role looks like:

  • Significant reduction of friction in our customer buying/sales processes

  • Reliable ownership of campaign intake and execution process

  • Clarity and understanding of operational processes that bring alignment to sales, marketing and customer success teams

  • Confidence in the quality and accuracy of our data

  • Provide proactive guidance and strategic input to our sales and marketing partners

How you'll make an impact:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital journeys across priority segments in partnership with go-to-market teams (events, growth, sales)

  • Scale existing campaign execution processes and define new methods and tools to remove friction

  • Document operations processes and strategies, train cross-functional teams, and enable the adoption of optimized processes across the business

  • Manage marketing data, including advanced segmentation, routing and reporting. Continuously test, cleanse and optimize - build reliability and confidence in our data

  • Define and operate sophisticated engagement/lead lifecycle programs that serve the buyer journeys across multiple segments, including nurture and reactivation programs.

What makes you a good fit:

  • 3-5 years of marketing operations experience

  • 2 years of working experience with Marketo and Salesforce

  • Strong digital acumen and demonstrated understanding of customer intent journeys

  • Demonstrated approach to documentation and cross-functional adoption of operational processes

  • Strong knowledge of intent scoring and lead lifecycle operations, including nurture and trigger-based programs

  • Proficiency in data governance and data hygiene

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

  • Working knowledge of Tableau or other BI tools

  • Advanced user of excel or google sheets

  • Self-motivated, resourceful and a bias towards action

  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Compensation: This is a temporary independent contractor (1099) position with an initial contract duration of six (6) months, with the potential to extend or evolve based on business needs and mutual fit. The hourly rate range for this contract is $75.00–$130.00* per hour and will vary based on factors including skill level, relevant experience, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and geographic location. This position is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits. As an independent contractor, the individual is solely responsible for maintaining any required liability insurance, other applicable insurance coverage, benefits, and for the payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. We consider qualified applicants consistent with applicable law. Background checks will be conducted in accordance with legal requirements. This contract position is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as the terms of the contractor agreement.
