ABOUT THE ROLE

Wand is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the organizational and executional backbone of the marketing team. You will manage the planning, production, and delivery of all marketing assets and campaigns across paid, social, CRM, and product surfaces.

This role sits at the center of creative production, campaign coordination, partner management, and operational systems. You will collaborate with the growth team on messaging and strategy, while focusing on making sure campaigns ship smoothly, consistently, and on time.

We are a small team with a wide range of needs, so you must be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning end to end execution with minimal oversight. You will ensure our marketing engine runs efficiently while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned and supported.

What You Will Do
  • Own the production pipeline for all marketing creative assets, including video, static images, email creative, landing page assets, decks, and in app or onsite visuals

  • Manage freelancers, creators, and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery

  • Maintain asset libraries, file organization, naming conventions, and version control

  • Build project plans for multi channel campaigns across paid, CRM, social, in app, and product surfaces

  • Run internal campaign kickoffs to align stakeholders on scope, assets, timing, and dependencies

  • Coordinate cross channel launches so creative and messaging ship consistently and on schedule

  • Own executional timelines, workflows, and checklists for all marketing campaigns

  • Ensure all creative and channel surfaces are ready for launch, including QA of asset placement and formatting

  • Partner with PMM, Growth, CRM, Influencer, and Social on creative briefs, messaging requirements, and campaign needs

  • Act as the operational hub that keeps teams aligned on deliverables, timelines, and priorities

  • Manage external partners and vendors, including editors, designers, creators, and small agencies

  • Build and maintain operational processes, documentation, and systems that enable the marketing team to scale efficiently

  • Support product launches with coordinated, multi channel execution across all marketing surfaces

What You Need
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, campaign management, production, or similar roles

  • Strong project management skills with experience running complex, multi channel marketing campaigns

  • Ability to manage freelancers, vendors, and agencies

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Familiarity with creative production workflows, file types, and timeline requirements

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross functionally

  • Ability to operate autonomously and bring structure to ambiguous situations

  • Interest in gaming or consumer tech

Nice-To-Haves
  • Experience with performance marketing workflows

  • Experience supporting product or feature launches

  • Familiarity with CRM/Lifecycle tools like Customer.io, project management tools, and Figma

  • Experience working with content creators or influencers

  • Experience at early stage or small marketing teams
