Job Brief:

The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the execution and day-to-day operations of Wayvia's marketing technology stack and lead management processes. This role partners closely with the Revenue Operations team, internal marketing stakeholders, and external marketing agencies to ensure accurate campaign setup, clean data flow, and reliable reporting across marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a hands-on role in maintaining integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce, supporting lead routing and scoring, executing campaign enrollment and reporting, and helping ensure marketing data is accurate, timely, and actionable.


Essential Function & Responsibilities

Marketing Tech Stack Support

  • Support day-to-day operations of the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, chat tools, and data enrichment platforms.
  • Assist with regular audits to ensure data integrity and proper system integration.
  • Help maintain the HubSpot–Salesforce integration, troubleshooting sync issues and escalating as needed.
  • Support evaluation and implementation of new marketing tools in partnership with RevOps.

Lead Funnel & Scoring Support

  • Support the inbound lead process, ensuring leads are routed, scored, and assigned correctly.
  • Assist with maintenance of lead scoring models and lifecycle stages based on guidance from Marketing and RevOps.
  • Monitor lead flow from marketing to sales and flag issues or inconsistencies.

Lead Process & Automation Execution

  • Build and maintain basic automation workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead nurturing, segmentation, and scoring.
  • Assist with data enrichment processes to improve lead and account data quality.
  • Partner with RevOps on lead flow through Gong and other enablement tools.

Campaign Operations & Reporting

  • Execute campaign setup and enrollment for events, webinars, demand generation, and partner campaigns.
  • Track campaign KPIs and assist with performance reporting.
  • Support campaign influence reporting and pipeline attribution in Salesforce.
  • Collect campaign metrics and support ROI and conversion analysis.

Reporting & Dashboard Support

  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly marketing reporting packages.
  • Help maintain dashboards tracking funnel performance, lead conversion, and campaign impact.
  • Partner with RevOps on pipeline reporting and data validation to support forecasting and leadership insights.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

We are hiring for this position in the United States. This is a remote position.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $50,000–$68,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law. Depending on the candidate’s location, this role may be classified as hourly to comply with state-specific requirements.
