The Marketing Programs Manager owns social channels and content execution while supporting integrated demand programs across paid advertising, webinars, email campaigns, events, and our newsletter. This role will also manage our AI SDR program administration, support competitive monitoring, and drive performance analysis and optimization across marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure campaign alignment, strong feedback loops, and measurable pipeline impact.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating short-form content, owning systems, improving performance, and turning programs into measurable revenue impact.


RequirementsSocial Channels & Content Ownership
  • Own and manage social media channels end-to-end (planning, creation, scheduling, publishing)
  • Develop and execute content calendars aligned to growth goals, campaigns, and priorities
  • Repurpose content across formats (short-form, long-form, visual, webinar, email)
Paid Advertising, Webinar, Email Campaign, Event & Newsletter Support
  • Support paid media execution, including campaign setup, creative coordination, and tracking
  • Assist with webinar production and promotion (registration flows, reminders, follow-ups)
  • Support email campaign creation, QA, segmentation, and reporting
  • Assist with event marketing support and post-event nurture workflows
  • Contribute to newsletter development, scheduling, and ongoing improvements
AI SDR Ownership & Program Administration
  • Own the AI SDR tool/process and ensure smooth program administration
  • Maintain workflows, rules, messaging, sequencing, and lead routing logic
  • Monitor performance, deliverability, and response metrics to improve lead engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure AI SDR outreach aligns with pipeline and qualification needs
Competitive Monitoring
  • Track competitor activity across messaging, positioning, pricing, campaigns, and product updates
  • Share insights with Marketing and Sales to support strategy and enablement
Program Analysis, Reporting & Optimization
  • Analyze performance across channels and programs (social, paid, email, webinars, AI SDR)
  • Create clear reporting dashboards and summaries for internal stakeholders
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns (messaging, audiences, cadence, creative, conversion paths)
HubSpot & Google Expertise
  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, forms, lists, email sends, and automation
  • Track performance using HubSpot reporting and lifecycle stage data
  • Use Google tools to measure and improve results (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studio where relevant)
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking (UTMs, attribution hygiene, reporting consistency)
  • Success Metrics (Examples)
  • Social growth and engagement metrics (reach, clicks, follower growth, CTR)
  • Lead volume and quality from paid, email, webinars, and AI SDR workflows
  • Campaign contribution to pipeline and influenced revenue
  • Reporting consistency and actionable optimization insights
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in SaaS, B2B software
  • Expert with HubSpot (automation, campaigns, reporting, social) and building webinar campaigns in Zoom
  • Highly skilled at taking content and converting it into organic social posts. Including building carousels, videos, basic graphics, and other media forms across social outlets
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics and performance tracking
  • Data-driven mindset. Ability to interpret performance trends and take action
  • Excellent written communication and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Experience managing content calendars, freelancers, and multi-format content production
  • Highly organized
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with autonomy
