Industry leader? Well, how about an industry creator?!

At WalkMe, now an SAP company, we’re not just the leader in digital adoption, we started the digital adoption revolution - enabling organizations to pinpoint and resolve digital friction, regain control of their tech stack, and be better equipped to manage future change. With over 1,600 clients, including 55 Fortune 100 companies and 6 Fortune 10 companies working with us daily, we’re transforming how enterprises interact with their technology.

So, if you’re an expert in your field, and looking for an opportunity to work, collaborate, and innovate with some of the most talented people out there, WalkMe is the place for you!

WalkMe is expanding into AI-native, in-app digital learning, and we are looking for a Strategic Programs Lead to serve as a founding GTM Leader for our newest strategic venture, WalkMe Learning Arc. Sitting at the intersection of digital learning, AI, and workflow orchestration, this fast-growing solution represents a major new product category for our business.

This isn’t a ‘keep the lights on’ role. We need a hands-on leader who thrives in ‘blank page spaces’ and can operate with a startup mindset inside a global powerhouse.  If you are energized by building programs from the ground up, have the confidence to challenge status-quo solutions, and want to play a critical role in shaping market presence and driving revenue for a disruptive product, we want to hear from you.

Operating as an entrepreneur within a global organization, you will lead the full-funnel strategy and execution. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales and Customer Marketing to design, test, and scale integrated programs—ultimately architecting the growth engine that will define our next chapter and reshape how the world thinks about digital learning.

What You'll Own

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and marketing program for WalkMe Learning Arc, activating and orchestrating the campaign roadmap into a revenue machine.
  • Continuously refine PLG growth motions (activation, PQLs, conversion, onboarding) and develop scalable playbooks that can be executed by regional and channel teams as the product grows.
  • Architect and oversee multi-channel programs across email, digital, social, events, and in-product, ensuring cohesive narratives and consistent buyer journeys.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate product strategy, customer insights, and roadmap priorities into clear, differentiated messaging and compelling storytelling for priority personas and use cases.
  • Drive alignment with Sales and Field teams on ABM motions, persona-based plays, and expansion programs, ensuring Learning Arc programs directly support pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and revenue growth.
  • Own the measurement framework for WalkMe Learning Arc programs, using data and experimentation to guide decisions and improve performance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 7-10+ years in integrated, growth, or product marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of scaling a differentiated or category-challenging product within an established organization, taking it from early traction to repeatable growth.
  • Ability to independently design and lead complex, cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated success building and operating PLG or hybrid self-serve and sales-led motions that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Background in learning technology, HR tech, L&D, or related markets is a plus.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams toward shared program goals.
  • Data-driven marketer with experience optimizing funnel performance and campaigns.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complex value propositions.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty with clarity.
