Location: Remote - supports network of dealerships

Compensation Range: $45,000-$75,000, with a typical starting range of $45,000-$65,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Marketing Partnership: Understanding of retail marketing planning to support store performance and growth in partnership with the RMOs and Store Leaders. Take personal ownership for timely / effective project delivery from idea to execution.
  • OEM Partnerships: Foster and strengthen OEM relationships at the local levels by aligning retail sales promotion in a timely manner to drive customer satisfaction and store loyalty.
  • Content Collaboration and Strategy Execution: Collaborate with partners and other PMs to ideate and deliver on strategic business initiatives that align with customer loyalty goals. Take an active role in strategy planning, performance, and partnership meetings to create impactful, customer-focused content.
  • Project Management: Proactively monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or issues. Develop project scope and deliverables, ensure resource availability and allocation, and facilitate project-related team meetings as needed to champion a customer-forward approach.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Deliver progress reports and status updates to stakeholders to ensure effective communication is maintained.
  • Alignment and Advocacy: Promote the alignment and integration of key company initiatives and strategies, including leveraging internal solutions, serving as a resource for RMOs and partners.

What You'll Bring

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the automotive industry, dealership operations, and automotive project management preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using Google Analytics, Project Management Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis to drive innovative solutions.
