  • Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, lead acquisition, customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
  • Plan and deliver customer events, webinars, trade exhibitions and industry engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified business opportunities
  • Lead go-to-market communications and marketing activities for new product launches, service enhancements and strategic business initiatives
  • Translate FedEx's products and services into compelling customer value propositions, messaging, and marketing content
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, industry associations, and strategic partners
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing team and provide support to regional marketing programs and initiatives
