Maintain websites, set brand guidelines, assist media buys, produce multi-campus marketing plans, analyze competitors and customers, report analytics, and support the Senior Director with campaigns and occasional after-hours work.

Overview of the Position:
Promote the mission and brand of Prestonwood Christian Academy School System with excellence to prospective and
current families through website management, search engine optimization, paid advertising, branding and event marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage PCA System and campus websites to include strategy, keeping pages updated, working with system website admins, search engine optimization, reporting of analytics
- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
- Assist the Sr. Director of Marketing with the planning and execution of all print and online media buys
- Create marketing plans for PCA School System, PCA Plano, PCA North and PCA Online
- Assisting with/creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain PCA branding (includes creating templates for presentations and other resources)
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
- Occasional afterhours assignments (mostly school nights)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree, with a concentration in marketing, communications, or the equivalent obtained through training and experience
- Minimum three years’ experience with marketing a brand in a professional environment
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Canva,
- Excellent organization, time management and multitasking skills
- Prestonwood Baptist Church member preferred
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Repetitive motion of the wrists, hands and fingers due to typing
- Close visual acuity required for viewing a computer monitor, preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing and reading
- Hearing – ability to perceive sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction
- Talking – expressing ideas by means of the spoken word to convey instructions to other workers and customers
- Ability to communicate effectively, even in stressful situations
- Sedentary office work with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds
- Numerous phone calls
- Subject to frequent interruptions and frequent deadlines
